  • What is your standard hourly rate?

  • Are you able to provide employment legal advice?

    No. Clements HR Consulting is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. While we can assist with HR best practices, policy development, compliance considerations, and general guidance regarding federal, state, and local employment requirements, any information provided should not be construed as legal advice. If you require legal counsel or advice regarding a specific legal matter, we recommend consulting a licensed employment attorney.

  • Are you available for full-time support?

    At this time, Clements HR Consulting does not offer full-time (40-hour-per-week) support arrangements. Our services are provided on an hourly, project-based, or retainer basis, depending on your needs. In most cases, we can provide up to 10–15 hours of support per week; however, availability may vary based on current client commitments and project demands. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and we’ll determine the best solution for your organization.

  • Are you able to provide support in any time zone?

    Yes. We are able to support your needs no matter the time zone. We are a remote-only organization with the flexibility to assist you when you need it.

  • Are you able to handle complex HR issues?

    Clements HR Consulting brings experience across a broad range of Human Resources and People Operations functions. During your initial consultation, we’ll evaluate your needs and determine how we can best support your organization. If a project falls outside our area of expertise, we’ll be upfront about it and help guide you toward the appropriate resources.

  • Do you offer one-time projects or continuous support?

    Yes. We offer both project-based consulting and ongoing support arrangements depending on your needs.

  • Can you help us improve our onboarding process?

    Yes. We specialize in onboarding program development designed to improve the new hire experience, increase engagement, and support long-term retention.

  • How does the consultation process work?

    We begin with an initial consultation to understand your goals, challenges, and needs. From there, we’ll recommend a customized solution and provide a quote.

  • Do you require contracts for services?

    Depending on the scope of work, a service agreement may be required to outline expectations, deliverables, and payment terms.
