Chris Clements, SHRM-CP is an experienced Human Resources and People Operations professional with a proven track record of helping organizations improve processes, support employees, and drive business success.
Over a 13-year career in Human Resources, Chris has gained valuable insight on many different aspects of the HR function. Throughout his career, Chris has partnered with leaders and teams to streamline HR operations, implement employee-focused programs, improve hiring practices, and create positive workplace experiences. His expertise spans recruiting, employee lifecycle management, HR technology, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and organizational development.
Chris founded Clements HR Consulting to provide organizations and professionals with the same strategic guidance and personalized support that have helped countless employees, managers, and job seekers succeed throughout his career.
Chris became SHRM-CP certified in 2020 and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Arizona.
